Testimonial The decision I made to work with Kelly and participate in an Experience Momentum program has been the best decision and the best investment in myself that I have made in years. My increased energy level is amazing and to watch my body respond and change as the result of good nutrition and focused physical training is beyond explanation. Do not leave out the life coaching sessions! Through these sessions I gained an understanding of why I had given control over to circumstances and how to reclaim control over my life. I am not the same person today that I was before I began to Experience Momentum. Thanks Kelly. - Nina T. |
