EM Programs / Individual ProgramExperience Momentum is all about getting you started and keeping you going. The program begins with an eight week comprehensive focus on life skills, nutrition and exercise. Goal setting will be the cornerstone of the eight week program with each client completing a goal setting workshop. As a result, clients will develop long and short term goals for the following areas of their life: relationships and communication, health and fitness, generosity, finances, career, faith, values and commitment. Limiting behavior patterns will be identified and replaced with behaviors that are empowering. We will evaluate a client’s progress throughout the eight week program to ensure that optimal results are attained and success is achieved. Once the initial eight week program is completed, clients have the option of continuing to gain momentum with additional coaching and training.
