Physical Therapy…

Massage Therapy…

…is a system of stroking, pressing and kneading different areas of the body to relieve pain, relax, stimulate, and tone the body. Massage affects those muscles just under the skin as well as the deeper layers of muscle and possibly even the organs themselves.  Massage has been shown to stimulate blood circulation and assists the lymphatic system (which runs parallel to the circulatory system), improving the elimination of waste throughout the body.

Personal Training

Our staff of personal trainers will help anyone, regardless of physical condition or age. The first thing to do is decide what your goals are.

  • Do you want to lose weight?
  • Do you want to become more defined? 
  • Do you just want to get in shape to improve your energy levels?
  • Are you recovering from an injury and need to exercise?
  • Do you want to improve your athletic performance?

A personal trainer will help with all that and more.  Consider your trainer as a coach, role model and educator who will customize a program to fit your needs, budget and schedule. Some people may want to use a trainer several times a week. Others may just want an occasional check-in with a trainer to get feedback, it’s all up to you.

Our personal trainers provide:

  • A fitness evaluation. This is a series of tests - including cardiovascular, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance - to see what kind of shape you are in. Your trainer will ask about your health conditions, medications and exercise experience.
  • A personalized exercise program. This is designed specifically for you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
  • Supervised exercise. You are given one-on-one attention to make sure you are using proper form and technique and that you get the most from your workout without being injured. The benefits of your program are explained.

Your trainer will motivate you and help you stick with your program.

We provide programs that address everyday weight issues that you might be experiencing. Our philosophy in weight management is to focus on creating balance in your life by focusing on all aspects and habits of your life. We will collaborate on designing a program targeted to your lifestyle and identifying behavioral changes necessary to accomplish the goals that you have set for yourself.

Group Personal Training

Our Group Personal Training classes are perfect for either before work or after work. Circuit training is a great way to combine cardio and strength if you're short on time. Our programs are 45 minutes in length. The routine works for beginning, intermediate or advanced exercisers. This circuit consists of strength/cardio exercises that are completed one right after the other, with little or no rest in-between. This is an energetic, upbeat way to get in shape and have fun. Come check it out!

Our circuit training routines utilize wide variety of exercises and equipment. You will use:

  • elliptical trainers
  • your own body weight
  • medicine balls
  • rowing machines
  • dumbbells
  • physioballs 
  • jump ropes
  • bosu balls
  • resistance bands and more!

Our goal is to increase your overall level of condition, increase your strength and endurance, improve your energy levels and have fun while doing it.

Sport Specific Conditioning

Whether you are a professional, collegiate or high school athlete seeking to improve your game, a determined competitor looking for that extra edge, or an active individual focused on maximizing performance in any recreational sport, we can help. Our motivated professional instructors will assist you in making the most of your athletic performance before, during, and after the season. An athlete is any individual who wants to perform to the best of their ability regardless of age, you can be 9 or 90, we will create a program for you and your goals.

Experience Momentum Inc. welcomes teams, groups, and individuals to join our training programs. We also encourage inquiries from coaches and trainers interested in off-site group programs and instructional seminars.
